CCHS Best of all Local Teams

The CCHS team 2007-8 came out of an incredible year 06-07 in which they finished second at the state meet. Returning many of their team members and adding several, the team faced the January regionals with confidence.
Individuals placing at the Regionals swim meet on Jan. 18, and qualifying to compete at the State meet on Feb. 1 in San Antonio
Earning the most points for the team was Sophomore Ryan Koops.
Overall, the Central team placed 3rd at Regionals. (Best of all San Antonio teams.)
CCHS also finished 5th at the State Swim Meet, best of all San Antonio teams. Here's a picture of the captains with their "best in city" plaque, congratulated by CCHS Principal Pat Cunningham and Athletic Director Carlos Enrico:
