Wednesday, May 28, 2008—Exam Day #2
REMINDERS: TODAY school offices will be closed during 12-1pm.
EXAMS: Students are reminded to know the time & place of their exams. Exam schedule is posted in the main lobby bulletin board.
++Students are not permitted to go to their lockers during an exam period.
++Restroom visits are limited to emergencies.
++ONLY during the second exam period may students leave as soon as they are finished taking their exam. For the first exam they must stay for the entire period.
++Students are asked to leave quietly after their last exam and not to disturb other schools since there are still in session.
++All dress code & parking policies are in effect during exam days.
++The last exam is over by 11:35am.
++Friday May 30 is the day set aside for makeup & conflict exams, from 8:30 – 10:00am. Makeup exams require a $25.00.
NOTICE: Senior John Flores has been appointed teaching assistant for summer physics I. Thanks to all the other students who applied. You were all qualified.
Freshmen registered for pre-AP chemistry: you have a modest summer reading on the philosophy and history of science. You can find it on our website under academics, science, chemistry resources. Print it out and read it a little at a time, taking notes, to be ready for August.
ATTENDANCE OFFICE SUMMER WORK: Students who are interested in working in the attendance office during the month of July (8am to 3pm) and also doing some part time work in June; please see Mrs. Cuellar.
FACULTY/STAFF: If you are interested in being a Sodality Moderator next year, please attend a meeting TODAY in the conference room at 12:30. Our Wed. planning meetings will be either in the morning or after school. Please let Mrs. McGrath know if you are interested.
