the Alumni Association
Friday, May 16th Through Tuesday May 20th senior exam days
Tuesday, May 20th
(Mandatory attendance) cap & gown pick up
graduation rehearsal in the CCHS Gym at 11:30 a.m.
All accounts must be clear, tuition & fines paid, books
returned, and uniforms turned in.
Friday, May 23rd
Awards Day (attendance required) 8:00a.m. @ CCHS Gym.
* Dress for the occasion is clean shaven face, dress shirt &
tie, slacks, shoes, and graduation gown.
-You must check with Ms. Terrazas for semester failures before you
leave the building-
Tuesday, May 27th
Baccalaureate Mass at St. Luke’s Catholic Church 6:30 p.m.

tie, slacks, shoes, and graduation gown.
Wednesday, May 28th
Graduation at Bill Greehey Arena St. Mary’s University at 7p.m.
Report to the convocation center promptly by 6:30 p.m. *Dress for
the occasion is clean shaven face, dress shirt & tie, shoes and
cap & gown.
Important: Before a final transcript is released a review of the graduate’s business office account will be made to insure that the account is clear. All course failures must be made up before the final transcript is forwarded to the college or university.
