JROTC Uniform Issue -- MAKE UP

All JROTC Cadets who were unable to pick up uniform on the scheduled dates should to the supply room to get your uniform:
Makeup Thursday, 14 Aug 08 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.
All cadets are to bring the completed JROTC Personal Data form, JROTC Medical form and Privacy Act Statement that you will find on the CCHS Home Page under the article Required Forms Due by 15 Aug.
