Year End Gift Recording and Reporting Information
END OF YEAR DONATION INFORMATION
Central Catholic follows the CASE (Council for Advancement and Support for Education) gift reporting standards for charitable gifts to the school as follows:
- Gifts made by cash or check are credited to the donor’s gift record on the date the school receives the gift.
- Gifts made through credit cards/debit cards are credited to the donor’s gift record on the date the credit card merchant transaction occurs.
- Gifts to the school made through a stock or securities transfer are credited to the donor’s gift record on the date the transfer occurs. Stock and securities transfers are coordinated through Frost Investment Services, P.O. Box 2538, San Antonio, Texas 78299, (800) 292-1292.
