If you need to take the test after the January 16th testing date, please call the Admissions Office at 225-6794 x209 to schedule a time to do so. HSPT Make up date: January 16, 2010 For HSPT registration form, please see Admissions Process Tab on Left Side.
Please complete the registration form and mail with a $15 check to: Central Catholic High School 1403 N. St. Mary's St. San Antonio, TX 78215
Class of 2014 students testing on Dec. 5 and Jan. 16, who score in the top 10 percentile, will receive an HSPT Scholarship.
