1. Position Air Rifle Tournament. We with to make the following entries:

Individual entries: Shooters X $25= $  No additional chard for team entries

Enter 1, 2, or 3 in boxes to show relay preference:
Relay 1 (Fri: 1:30-4:00pm)
 Relay 2 (Fri: 4:00-6:30pm)
 Relay 3 (Fri: 6:30-9:00pm)
 Relay 4 (Sat: 8:00-10:30am)
 Relay 5 (Sat: 10:30-1:00pm)
 Relay 6 (Sat: 1:00-3:30pm)
 Relay 7 (Sat: 3:30-6:00pm) Precision Only

2. Open International Standing Match. We wish to make the following entries:

Individual entries: Shooters X $10= $  No additional charge for team entries

Relay Preference:
Relay 1 (Sun: 8:00-9:45am)
Relay 2 (Sun: 9:45-11:30am)

3. Total entry fees for the above matches will be sent to form of a check payable to Central Catholic High School and received NLT 19 September 2008
