In reviewing the results from the 2019 Parent Survey, the Central Catholic Administration knew this was an important area to make improvements. One of the first ways this was addressed was with improved infrastructure. A new student information system (Aeries) and a new phone system allowed the school to utilize current technologies to communicate with parents. We know that there are still opportunities for improving clear and timely communication. This month, school personnel will be going through training on standardizing communication timelines and methods in order to provide clearer and consistent messaging to parents.
