On Wednesday (April 13), Adam Trevino gave a presentation to a room full of seniors about the importance of health, diet, exercise, and wellness. He also discussed the anatomy of many of our important muscle groups and some of the current science regarding how to best develop and even rehabilitate those muscles. Adam is the co-owner of Balance Fitness & Performance and is a certified trainer.
Adam strives to help individuals maintain a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle even though many of us might work long hours and feel like we do not have the time to stay fit.
