JROTC: Celebrating the Cadets of the Quarter

We are proud to honor our standout cadets through the Cadets of the Quarter award. This award is presented quarterly to one cadet at each LET level who consistently excels in our Army JROTC program. Our Army Instructors carefully select one cadet from each LET level to be recognized with a special ribbon that they can proudly display on their JROTC Class B uniform.

At the end of the year, the 16 cadets who received this distinguished honor are invited to compete for "Cadet of the Year". This competition tests their JROTC knowledge, physical fitness, and leadership abilities. The cadets also participate in an oral board where they can showcase their unique skills.

The competition culminates in the announcement of the winners in each category (Upperclassmen/Lowerclassmen), each receiving a two-foot-tall trophy and bragging rights as the Central Catholic High School JROTC "Cadet of the Year" for the next school year.

We are excited to see our motivated cadets challenge themselves, showcase their talents, and demonstrate strong moral character.
