Good afternoon, 8th-Grade Parent/Guardian,

Your student is registered to take the Make-Up HSPT at Central Catholic tomorrow, Saturday, January 7, 2023. We are looking forward to having him on our campus for this important incoming freshman admissions step!

Important Test Day Details

Check-in: 8:15 - 8:50 a.m.

Testing: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Pick-up: 12:15 - 12:30 p.m.

Parking and Check-in

Parking will be best in our Quad (the back of the school). To enter the school, please walk through the Quad's double doors (pictured below) and check-in will be located on the main floor in the foyer. You will be greeted by Mrs. Stephanie Takas-Mercer, Admissions Specialist! Check-in will end at 8:50 a.m. in order to give time for students to get to the testing area and begin the testing process at promptly 9 a.m. Students will be picked up in the Quad after the exam. No parents will be allowed in the school during testing.

HSPT Fee

The HSPT fee is $20. The fee can be paid by cash or credit card at the time of test check-in.

Student Test Information

It is advised for students to dress comfortably, yet school-appropriate. Students should bring their own sharpened #2 test pencils. Students testing tomorrow will use an electronic scantron to submit their answers. Any personal items that the student brings with him will be placed away from his testing area. Light breakfast snacks and water will be available to the students.

HSPT Results

Students are submitting their answers in an online scantron so Central Catholic can receive results back by next week. Parents will be notified via email when results have been received by Central Catholic and will be given a timeline of when to expect the results.
