EVENT SUPPORT

Truck Raffle - Weekly (Sept. 2 - Oct. 31)

One of our biggest fundraisers for financial assistance is our annual Truck Raffle. Each year, the raffle begins at the start of the school year, with the drawing scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026. We need volunteers to assist with weekly counting on Thursdays and Fridays (8am - 11am), serve as “Site Directors” who will assist the boys at various sale sites (mostly weekends), and volunteer drivers to transport the truck to various sites.

Central Catholic Gala - February 27, 2027

CCHS will host its annual Central Catholic Gala on February 27, 2027 at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. This popular and important event is a joint effort between the Central Catholic Alumni Association and the Central Catholic Parent Club. Volunteers are needed to help with soliciting auction items, table sponsorships, and event underwriters.

Father-Son - April 17-18, 2027 - Tentative

This annual event is tentatively scheduled for April 17-18, 2027; location TBD. This is a special day for fathers and sons to bond over liturgy, food, and activities. Volunteers are needed to help coordinate all aspects of this memorable event. The Father/Son committee typically meets once a month.

Mother-Son Luncheon - April 11, 2027

This event is a special time for mothers and sons to gather for liturgy, lunch, and to make special memories. Volunteers are needed to serve on the committees such as decoration, logistics, invitation, registration, etc. This committee typically meets once a month.

Faculty/Staff Appreciation - Monthly

This committee lets CCHS teachers, administrators, and staff know how much they are appreciated by planning, coordinating, and executing thoughtful events and activities monthly, throughout the school year.

CAMPUS SUPPORT

Spirit Store

The Spirit Store provides apparel and accessories so our parents, students, and alumni can show their support. Volunteers are needed to manage the store during the week, football games, and other athletic games and special events. We can also use help with inventory, stocking and pricing.

Campus Ministry

Volunteers support all Campus Ministry-related events and tasks. Committee members also plan and organize parent events.

On-Call Volunteers

Is your schedule flexible? Are you available during the day? Add your name to our On-Call Volunteer list. There may be times when the administration will need volunteers for unforeseen activities and sometimes at the last minute. If we find we’re short-handed or could use additional help at the last minute, we’ll check with the “On-Call” list of volunteers first. Dates/times will vary.

Admissions/Enrollment Support

Volunteers support the admissions office with a variety of recruitment activities (such as Middle School Tailgate) and/or tours. These events/activities are spread throughout the year, but mainly September-March.
