On Wednesday, May 24th starting at 4 pm, we will be having our all-sports physicals on campus at the KCC.
The physical will include a heart screening from August Heart and a TAPPS-approved physical by our team physicians. The cost for the physical will be $25 per athlete. All athletes must be registered no later than midnight of Sunday, May 21st.
In addition to registering all athletes must make an appointment with our Athletic Trainer Bobby Ramirez ([email protected]) to record their vitals prior to the physical date. They must also bring in the completed TAPPS physical forms and physical and heart screening releases. The link to the forms can be found on our
school website under the athletic training tab; located on the athletics page or by the following link:
ALL athletes must bring these forms and have them signed by a parent or guardian. Please do not print forms double-sided. We will not be able to print forms or have extra forms on site.
