We are thrilled to announce that the Buttons Varsity Golf Team had an outstanding performance at the recent Canyon Cougar Shootout at Landa Park Golf Course on January 29th, 2024. Out of 23 teams, the team secured an impressive 2nd-place finish.
The exceptional performance was due in part to the outstanding individual scores of Noah Mata and Nathan Talamantez, both of whom shot an impressive score of 79. Their hard work and dedication proved to be a vital component of the team's overall success.
We are incredibly proud of the entire team, who demonstrated skill, determination, and sportsmanship. We congratulate them on a job well done and wish them all the best as they continue their participation in the Alamo City High School Golf Series.
The next Button Golf event will be held on February 6th at Brackenridge Park GC.
