The varsity basketball team concluded their season last Tuesday with a competitive game against 4th-seeded Trinity Christian Academy in Addison.
Despite a strong effort, the Buttons narrowly fell short with a final score of 51-55 in the Area TAPPS playoff game. Jackson Kahanek led the team with 16 points.
Additionally, Central Catholic's sub-varsity teams had a successful season, with the JV finishing undefeated at 24-0, the Freshman Blue Team ending at 12-2, and the Freshman White team finishing at 11-2.
