The VOE, a crucial document mandated by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS), serves as official proof of enrollment and attendance. It is necessary when applying for an instruction permit or driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. To comply with the DPS requirements, the VOEs must have original signatures.
