Verification of Enrollment (VOE)

Enter your Verification of Enrollment (VOE) is a form required by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) to provide official documentation of a student's enrollment and attendance status when applying for an instruction permit or driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
