Senior Information - Fall & Spring
Wednesday, August 13th - First Day of School
- All classes resume.
Monday, August 18th - Senior Sunrise
- Dress is the standard school dress code. Arrive by 6:45 am for 7:04 am sunrise
- Students will gather on the front steps of the School
- Students only.
- Students will receive a ticket for breakfast following the event..
Tuesday, October 28th- Tux (Yearbook Picture) / Cap & Gown Photos (Last name A-L)
- Students in alphabet group A-L will take photos on this day
- Students must bring a shirt and tie with them for the Cap and Gown photo
- Student's hair must be in accordance with the CCHS standard and not appear unkept or shaggy. All students must be clean-shaven.
Wednesday, October 29th - Tux (Yearbook Picture) / Cap & Gown Photos (Last name M-Z)

- Students must bring a shirt and tie with them for the Cap and Gown photo

Friday, October 10th - Jostens Information Session
- Students will receive ordering packets for ordering graduation invitations.
- Cap and gown will be discussed.
- Reminder: Central Catholic pays for the cap and gown for each senior. The cap and gowns and graduation invitations will arrive at CCHS in late April. Students will pick them up at school during lunch.
Thursday, October 16th, - Jostens Ordering Day
- Students will begin placing orders for graduation invitations. You can place orders online, but Jostens will be onsite to answer any questions and receive orders in person.
Thursday, November 5th - Jostens Ordering Day Deadline
- Final day to order graduation invitations to ensure they are printed and arrive before graduation.
Wednesday, November 20th - Friday, November 22th- Kairos (Senior Retreat) #2**
Tuesday, December 16th - Friday, December 19th - Mid-Term Exams / End of First Semester
Monday, December 22nd - Friday, January 2nd

**Students are only required to attend one retreat throughout the year. Campus Ministry will provide dates. Please plan accordingly.

- Students must bring a shirt and tie with them for the Cap and Gown photo

- Pictures are from 8:30 am - 10:30 am in the Elizondo Center
Friday, March 27th - Service Hours Due
- All service hours are due for each senior.
- In order to graduate, each student must have completed a total of 110 service hours over four years.
- If you transferred in after your freshman year, please meet with Mr. Bendle before this date to
discuss your service requirements.
Wednesday, April 8th - Senior Panoramic @ 7:15 am (weather permitting)
- Dress is suit and tie; Dress shoes or dress boots ONLY.
- No khaki pants, No Sperries, and No Tennis Shoes are permitted, and a dark-colored suit is preferred.
Wednesday, April 8th- Prom tickets go on sale @ 3:30 pm
Friday, April 24th - Junior-Senior Prom @ Phonecian Ball Room
- Formal attire must be worn for this event. Suit or Tuxedo
- Tickets go on sale after Spring Break.
Monday, May 4th - Friday, May 15th - AP Exams
Thursday, May 14th - Senior Awards Night @ 6:00 pm
- The award ceremony is held in the KCCC.
- A shirt, tie, dress shoes or dress boots only, and dress pants are required for students to wear under their graduation robes.
Friday, May 15th - Senior Decision Day
- The dress is jeans and the shirt for the college the student will attend in the Fall.
Monday, May 18th- Thursday, May 21st - Senior Exams
- Schedule of exams TBA
Thursday, May 21st- Senior Luncheon
- Regular school day attire is to be worn for this event.
Date and Time TBA- Baccalaureate Mass
- Mass will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church
- Students are required to wear a shirt, tie, dress shoes or dress boots only, and dress pants under their graduation robes.
Saturday, May 23rd - Graduation - Time TBA
- Graduation will be held at St. Mary's University Bill Greehey Arena
